Edward Hyde Villiers (1846-1914), 5th Earl of Clarendon; Robert Arthur Talbot Gascoyne-Cecil (1830-1903), 3rd Marquess of Salisbury; inscription on the statue reads 'Robert Arthur Talbot, Marquess of Salisbury, K.G, G.C.V.O...three times Prime Minister of Great Britain and Ireland, 1830-1903. Erected to his Memory by his Herefordshire friends and neighbours in recognition of a great life devoted to the welfare of his country'; statue was made by Sir George James Frampton R.A (1860-1928);
