Mausoleum of Hafiz Rahmat Khan
One of the many watercolours produced by the artist Sita Ram who accompanied Lord Moira (afterwards the Marquess of Hastings) on a journey from Calcutta to Delhi between 1814-15. Hafiz Rahmat Khan was a Rohilla Afghan soldier who was killed in battle in 1774; his mausoleum was erected in Bareilly alongside tombs of several notable Rohilla chiefs. Add.Or.4771.
