Michele Alboreto, 1981. His first Grand Prix was at San Marino in 1981 driving a Tyrrell. In 1982 he won at Las Vegas, finishing seventh in the World Championship. In 1983 Alboreto won at Detroit in 1983, and in 1984 signed to drive for Ferrari, the first Italian to race for Ferrari for over 10 years. He won the Belgian Grand Prix in 1984 and finished fourth in the World Championship. He was also a sportscar driver and in 1997 won the Le Mans 24 Hours.
