Bernd Rosemeyer driving an Auto Union, Donington Grand Prix, 1937. He won the race. Rosemeyer was one of the team's leading drivers in the 1930s, both on the race track and in setting speed records. He was European Drivers' Champion in 1936, but was killed whilst trying to set a speed record on the Frankfurt-Darmstadt Autobahn in 1938.
