Every framed picture is created by hand in our workshop by specialist framers.
Black, white, silver, gold or natural frames available, supplied ready to hang.
All our frames have a smooth satin finish, and measure 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Portrait of Frederick Augustus Abel (1827-1902)
Full length seated studio portrait of F A Abel, looking to the right as viewed. Abel is presented at a table seated on a Gothic-revival chair. His left hand rests on an open book with other volumes bookended on the table. A wastepaper basket can be seen under the table and a small stool behind the sitter. Abel wears a dark suit and has prominent side-whiskers. Printed below the image: 'MAULL & Co. LONDON'. The reverse has various inscriptions including the photograph number, 'No.34247'. Printed: 'Maull & Co. Photographers. 55, GRACECHURCH STREET, 187a, PICCADILLY, and TAVISTOCK HOUSE, FULHAM ROAD, LONDON.' Sir Frederick Augustus Abel was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1860.
