Every framed picture is created by hand in our workshop by specialist framers.
Black, white, silver, gold or natural frames available, supplied ready to hang.
All our frames have a smooth satin finish, and measure 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Portrait of Friedrich Hoffmann (1660-1742)
Half length portrait of Hoffman, seated, within an oval supported by a plinth and with a surround of drapery, a coat of arms and architectural details. The sitter is shown facing the viewer, his body turned to the right as viewed. Both hands rest on a book, opened at a page headed 'OPER OMNIA'. Upright books and quill pens are also on the table. With an inscription of achievements commencing: 'FRIDERICUS HOFFMANNUS Regiae Majestatis Prussicae...' Inscribed below: 'Anton Pesne Pictor R Effigiem Pinx: Petit Sculpsit Parisiis 1739.' In pencil lower left '1720'. Friedrich Hoffmann was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1720.
