Letter from Thomas Cranmer, Archbishop of Canterbury, to Thomas Cromwell, Lord Cromwell, Vicar-General, thanking him for obtaining King's Henry VIII's authority for Matthew's English Bible, a copy of which he had submitted for approval, to be bought and read. Signed. From the first series of Facsimiles of royal, historical, literary and other autographs in the Department of Manuscripts, British Museum: Series I - V, (London, 1899).
