Hsi Wang Mu
Hsi Wang Mu, ancient Chinese goddess, 1922. A goddess who is thought to predate Taoism, but is now associated with it, Hsi Wang Mu is known as the Golden Mother of the Tortoise and the wife of the August Personage of Jade.
