Sex Pistols news press conference outside Buckingham Palace, where they signed a mock contract with new record label A & M Records, Thursday 10th March 1977. The group will also be releasing a new single called 'God Save The Queen'. Last year the Sex Pistols were dropped by previous record label EMI in response to criticism over their appearance on the 'Today' programme. At the time, manager Malcolm McLaren defended the group and claimed that they were 'set up' by interviewer Bill Grundy.
