Every framed picture is created by hand in our workshop by specialist framers.
Black, white, silver, gold or natural frames available, supplied ready to hang.
All our frames have a smooth satin finish, and measure 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Plate 2 from the Croonian Lecture paper 'Microscopical observations on the suspension of the muscular motions of the Vibria Tritici', by Francis Bauer, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol.113 (1823), pp.1-16. Figure 1 shows a group of worms of the wheat gall nemotode (Anguina tritici) in water and seen in the microscope field at x100 magnification. Figure 2 shows living and decaying worms in water at x200 magnification. Inscribed with publication and plate details. Signed in ink lower left 'Franz Bauer del.' and in pencil lower right 'Js Basire sc.' Royal Society stamp verso.
