Same shop, a fresh new look

Magnolia Box first launched in June 2007, and today it still offers exactly the same thing: prints, canvases and cards of an amazing range of imagery from world-reknowned collections and lesser-known gems. There are over a 1/4 million images on this site - some of which are unavailable anywhere else. Type anything you can think of into the search box and see what you can find.

What's new?

Additional payment options: Paypal & Amazon

As well as secure credit card payments, you can now pay with your Paypal account or Amazon Payments. We recognise that not only are these preferred by many of our customers, it's often much easier to use these when you don't have your payments details to hand or when using a smaller screen or keyboard, so we are pleased to add these to our checkout.

Larger imagery, everywhere

We're proud to sell some great images, and one of the key aims of our redesign was to do justice to these great images. And needless to say, when you are shopping for art and photography prints of up to 1.2m, it's better when you can see more of it.

Baskets last longer

We realise that in some cases, choosing the right image for your home needs some deliberation, so now we remember your basket for at least 6 months.

Better gift vouchers

We think that art makes a great gift. But we also know that choosing art can be a very personal thing, and for this reason Magnolia Box has always offered gift vouchers. However, a few issues have always bugged us about them, so they're even better:

  • Instant delivery via email
  • Partial redemption: spend just some of the value and redeem the balance later on a different order.
  • Redeem multiple cards against a single order
  • No expiry date

Why can't I log in?

Although we have transferred your main account details to this new store, you will need to create a new password on this site.

For increased security, we have only ever stored an encrypted version of your password. However, this does mean we are unable to set up your new account with the same password (since we don't actually know what your old password was). As an existing customer, you should have already received an email inviting you to create a new password for your account. If you have not received this email, you can request a password reset through the site, or simply contact us for further assistance.

Where is my order history?

Whilst we have been able to transfer your main account details, we are unable to show any orders placed on the old site (i.e. orders placed up until 31st January 2016).

Customers who have placed orders recently will still receive order update and shipping notification emails as normal. Customers who need to query older orders can contact us for a full order history.

Where are my wishlists?

We know that many of you loved using our wishlist feature and we were keen to include this feature in our new site. If you would like the contents of your old wishlist transferred, please email us for assistance. Please note that now you can only have one wishlist per account.
