Our framed prints
Every framed picture is created by hand in our workshop by specialist framers.
Black, white, silver, gold or natural frames available, supplied ready to hang.
All our frames have a smooth satin finish, and measure 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 3 days.
Delivery to the UK, EU & US is free when you spend £75. Otherwise, delivery to the UK costs £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.

Plate 19 figures 1-9 from the paper 'Farther observations on the feet of animals whose progressive motion can be carried on against gravity', by Everard Home, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol.106 (1816), pp.322-330. Nine views of legs from the yellow Saw-fly (Cimbex lutea) at x100, x400 and x1,600 magnification. Signed lower left 'Franz Bauer'. Royal Society stamp verso, with an inscription in ink: 'Figs. 1,2,3 are magnified 100 times. Figs. 4,5,6,7 - 400 times and Figs. 8,9, - 1600 times.'
